According to US intelligence, China is giving Russia essential technology and equipment.

 


According to a recently released report from the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence, China is giving Russia technology and equipment that is becoming more and more essential to Moscow's war in Ukraine. 


The paper, titled "Support Provided by the People's Republic of China to Russia," also revealed that Beijing is pursuing a number of economic support strategies for Russia that lessen the effects of export restrictions and Western sanctions.


Additionally, it stated that Russia's imports of gas and oil through Europe had increased.

The report stated that Beijing has "significantly increased the use of its yuan currency and financial infrastructure in commercial interactions with Russia, allowing Russian entities to conduct financial transactions unhindered by Western interdiction."

Chad receives Nimr armoured vehicles from UAE

This initiative fits into the framework of the close ties that exist between the UAE and Chad on many levels, which have led to the signing of a number of bilateral agreements, including a military cooperation agreement in June during Mahamat Idriss Deby's official visit to Abu Dhabi.
