  According to a recently released report from the US Office of the Director of National Intelligence, China is giving Russia technology and equipment that is becoming more and more essential to Moscow's war in Ukraine.  The paper, titled "Support Provided by the People's Republic of China to Russia," also revealed that Beijing is pursuing a number of economic support strategies for Russia that lessen the effects of export restrictions and Western sanctions. Additionally, it stated that Russia's imports of gas and oil through Europe had increased. The report stated that Beijing has "significantly increased the use of its yuan currency and financial infrastructure in commercial interactions with Russia, allowing Russian entities to conduct financial transactions unhindered by Western interdiction."

  It has been verified that the four Starling CubeSats from NASA successfully launched from Rocket Lab's Electron kick stage. The swarm of interconnected spacecraft, or "swarm," has entered low Earth orbit and is ready to start its mission to test autonomous positioning, networking, manoeuvring, and decision-making systems. The Starling swarm will now start up and try to make initial contact with the ground; this procedure could take place over the course of the following several days or over the course of an entire night.

The UAE intends to promote its decarbonization efforts by utilising Japanese technology as the host nation of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which is slated for November and December.
