UAE celebrates 10 years of BRI, maintains focus on development

 


According to the most recent research, the United Arab Emirates has significantly contributed to and benefited from the Belt and Road Initiative, which is expected to continue to foster economic growth and prosperity both within the nation and abroad.


According to a report by the Emirates News Agency or WAM, the UAE is taking part in commemorating the BRI's 10th anniversary of inception, which was announced by President Xi Jinping in 2013 and involves cooperation with more than 150 nations.


"The BRI serves as a vital link to bolster economic, trade and investment interactions involving about 75 percent of the world's population," the paper stated. The project intends to create a commerce and infrastructure network linking Asia with Europe and Africa

Chad receives Nimr armoured vehicles from UAE
