Uae ranks 1st in global entrepreneurship sector outperformes advance countries

 



The UAE topped the rankings in the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor report for 2023-2024. It achieved the highest National Entrepreneurship Context Index score in the report's history at 7.7, cementing its position as providing the best environment globally for starting and operating new businesses. This supportive ecosystem has encouraged many entrepreneurs to pursue new opportunities in the country. The UAE also featured strongly in terms of its physical infrastructure, coming in third internationally - highlighting how business-friendly resources and facilities are being developed. 


Significant efforts within the UAE have gone into nurturing entrepreneurship from a young age. The report recognized its leading entrepreneurship education programs within schools that focus on developing skills like creative thinking, problem solving and risk assessment. As a result, the UAE ranked among the top five countries in this important area out of 49 total. This emphasis on entrepreneurial training indicates that the next generation is being equipped with the skills and mindset necessary to succeed in an innovative economy. With its record performance in the report, the UAE is clearly fostering a highly conducive environment and culture for starting companies, creating jobs and driving economic growth.

Chad receives Nimr armoured vehicles from UAE

  To assist the Republic of Chad in boosting border security and combating terrorism, the UAE has delivered a convoy of military vehicles and security gear to the country. This initiative fits into the framework of the close ties that exist between the UAE and Chad on many levels, which have led to the signing of a number of bilateral agreements, including a military cooperation agreement in June during Mahamat Idriss Deby's official visit to Abu Dhabi. Deby is the chairman of the Chad's Transitional Military Council. The automobiles are Nimr armoured cars built in the Emirate.
