Treet Corporation Ventures Into UAE




Treet Corporation Limited, a major Pakistani conglomerate, has announced plans to expand its business operations internationally. According to a recent announcement, Treet Corporation will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary company in the United Arab Emirates . The new subsidiary, called Treet Trading LLC will be based in Dubai. Dubai is a major trade and business hub located in the emirate of Dubai in the UAE. Treet Corporation aims to leverage Dubai's strategic location and business-friendly environment to grow its trade and commerce activities in the Middle East region.


Treet Trading LLC will be a fully owned branch of the Pakistani parent company. Initial funding of $100000 will be injected to incorporate the UAE company. This will help set up the business and operations from the ground up. The subsidiary plans to issue 100000 shares of $1 each to raise the startup capital. It will allow Treet Corporation to have full control and ownership of the new venture abroad. Establishing a wholly owned subsidiary is a common structure used by companies to expand internationally yet maintain command over foreign operations.  


In another decision Treet Corporation will provide a cross-corporate guarantee of 1.5 billion Pakistani Rupees for its associated company Loads Limited. The guarantee is meant to support Loads Limited in obtaining working capital facilities like loans from development finance institutions  commercial banks, and other financial bodies. This will help the associated company meet its short term business finance needs through easy access to funding options.


With these strategic moves Treet Corporation looks to boost its presence in foreign markets and support related enterprises. The establishment of an overseas subsidiary and provision of guarantee displays Treet Corporation ambition for growth on a broader scale beyond national boundaries. It shows the company's commitment to exploring new opportunities that can further strengthen its business standing globally over time.

Chad receives Nimr armoured vehicles from UAE

  To assist the Republic of Chad in boosting border security and combating terrorism, the UAE has delivered a convoy of military vehicles and security gear to the country. This initiative fits into the framework of the close ties that exist between the UAE and Chad on many levels, which have led to the signing of a number of bilateral agreements, including a military cooperation agreement in June during Mahamat Idriss Deby's official visit to Abu Dhabi. Deby is the chairman of the Chad's Transitional Military Council. The automobiles are Nimr armoured cars built in the Emirate. The UAE has been expanding its relations with African countries while simultaneously growing its own defence industry.
