UAE Minister Visits Silicon Valley to Boost Technology Collaboration with US

 



The United Arab Emirates continues to strengthen economic ties with strategic partners like the United States Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, recently visited Silicon Valley in California Silicon Valley is globally known as a major technology and innovation hub The minister met with leaders of technology companies and startups during his visit. 


The goal of the minister visit was to explore new partnerships between the UAE and US especially in advanced fields like artificial intelligence machine learning and environmental protection tech He discussed potential joint projects research cooperation, and sharing expertise in cutting edge areas The discussions aimed to leverage the knowledge and experience of Silicon Valley vibrant tech ecosystem to accelerate the UAE own technological capabilities Technology is a key part of the UAE plans for economic growth and diversification.


The United States is one of the UAE  most important trading partners globally Bilateral trade between the two countries is strong The UAE also has large investments in the US amounting to over $38 billion Most of these investments are in important industries like transportation technology services real estate food and beverages Strengthening collaboration with Silicon Valley and boosting partnerships will further build on these solid economic ties.


By securing partnerships with global innovators the UAE aims to rapidly enhance its domestic industries and position itself as a hub for investment and innovation The minister visit highlights the UAE commitment to securing strategic alliances that will help diversify its economy and develop new technology sectors for long term growth and prosperity.
