Top Export Destinations of Pakistan

 

In the fiscal year 2023 and 2024 United States of America was the top export destination country for Pakistan. Pakistan exported goods worth 5.4 billion dollars to USA This was 8% less than the last fiscal year. 

The second top country was China. Pakistan increased its exports to China by 34%. Exports to China were worth 2.7 billion dollars United Arab Emirates was the third largest export partner of Pakistan. Exports to UAE were 2.1 billion dollars. 

United Kingdom and Germany were other major export destinations Pakistan exported goods worth 2 billion dollars to UK. Exports to Germany were 1.5 billion dollars. Exports to many European countries like Holland, Italy and Spain were also over 1 billion dollars each. 

Among other countries exports to Afghanistan were 554 million dollars Exports to Bangladesh were 667 million dollars Many Gulf and European countries also imported goods from Pakistan. Exports to countries like France, Belgium, Saudi Arabia and Turkey were hundreds of millions of dollars.

The government is trying to increase exports through different policies and initiatives. Free trade agreements with new countries can open new export markets. The domestic industry also needs government support to boost production and quality so that they can compete globally. 

Stable economic conditions and effective policies are needed to increase exports further. Higher exports will strengthen Pakistan's economy and reduce dependence on loans.
