UAE and Oman Sign Major Investment Deals to Boost Bilateral Ties




The United Arab Emirates and Oman have agreed to several large investment deals worth a total of 129 billion dirhams or $35 billion These agreements were signed to further strengthen the economic relationship between the two neighboring countries. They cover important industries like renewable energy green metals railways digital infrastructure and technology. 


One of the biggest projects signed was in the energy and industrial sector worth 117 billion dirhams It includes solar and wind power initiatives as well as factories for producing green metals in an environmentally friendly way Major companies from both countries are involved like energy firms and steel producers. This deal will help both nations develop renewable resources and clean technologies.


Another large agreement valued at 11 billion dirhams was to build a railway connecting the UAE and Oman This will boost trade and tourism by providing an efficient overland transportation link Additional pacts were signed between investment organizations to establish funds for new technology businesses and cooperation in sectors such as food energy and digital infrastructure. 


The UAE and Oman also formed a new alliance to enhance trade relations going forward Officials from both governments said these investments will strengthen the long standing partnership between the two countries across key industries. It will generate socioeconomic benefits and contribute to a stable and prosperous future for the people of the UAE and Oman.
