UAE Calls for Peace in Sudan
The United Arab Emirates is providing help to Sudan during difficult times The UAE does not want fighting and violence in Sudan On July 25th a meeting was held in Djibouti to discuss the situation in Sudan.
The UAE minister of state Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan spoke at this meeting He said that many people in Sudan need food medicine and other help Fighting is making the situation much worse The whole world needs to work together to stop the violence and solve problems peacefully through talking.
Sheikh Shakhboot said the UAE supports all efforts to reduce tensions and end the crisis. The best way is through friendly discussion, not war or force In the past months the UAE set up two field hospitals in Chad to help Sudanese people who fled violence The UAE also gave $245 million US dollars in aid money to Sudan since April to help with problems like food shortages.
The UAE wants an immediate stop to all fighting and violence This will allow help to reach people more easily There is an urgent need to respond quickly and together to help the people of Sudan Ending the crisis in a peaceful way through respectful dialogue is very important.
The UAE will continue supporting Sudan during difficult times A peaceful resolution that respects all people is the goal Cooperation between countries can help improve life for many Sudanese facing hardship With no more fighting more aid and cooperation can get through to those who need assistance.
