UAE Passport: Your Ticket to Travel the World

 


UAE passports are issued to citizens of the United Arab Emirates by the Emirates Identity Authority (EIDA).


UAE passports are dark green in color with the UAE coat of arms emblazoned in the center of the front cover. 


The passport contains 32 pages and is valid for 10 years for adults and 5 years for minors under the age of 18.


 UAE passports allow visa-free or visa on arrival access to over 170 countries worldwide. This includes most countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.


 To obtain a UAE passport, the applicant must be a citizen of the UAE and must provide their Emirates ID, proof of UAE citizenship like birth or naturalization certificate, passport photos and the application fee.


Passport services in the UAE are provided through EIDA centers located across different emirates like Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah etc. Online and mobile applications are also available.


 Details mentioned in the passport include the passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, full name in Arabic and Latin script, photograph, place and date of birth and gender. 

 

UAE passports are recognized globally and allow UAE citizens to travel freely around the world. Citizens must comply with entry rules and regulations of other countries.

Strengthening Trade Relations Between China and the UAE

  Recently Premier Li Qiang of China visited the United Arab Emirates UAE to discuss ways to deepen trade ties between the two countries. During his meeting with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Li emphasized the importance of cooperation in key sectors such as new energy, electric vehicles and the digital economy This visit is part of Li's broader Middle East tour and highlights the growing relationship between China and the UAE. UAE ranks 7th globally in 2024 World Competitiveness Report

  The United Arab Emirates has advanced three places in the world competitiveness ranking to be placed 7th globally according to the latest World Competitiveness Report 2024 released by the International Institute for Management Development IMD The UAE had ranked 10th in the previous year's report.  The UAE advancement in the ranking reflects its strong economic performance despite global uncertainties The country scored high on key parameters like economic performance government efficiency business efficiency and infrastructure.
