Abu Dhabi Launches Online Platform for Dispute Resolution

 


Abu Dhabi has created a new website to help resolve legal disputes through mediation outside of courts. This platform allows people to try settling cases amicably online.


The site provides a virtual space where the parties in a disagreement can negotiate. They can propose solutions and share documents digitally. A mediator assists remotely with the discussions. 


If an agreement is reached using the online mediation service the terms are formally documented This saves going through a full trial It also ensures swift justice and satisfied customers of the legal system.


The digital platform supports dispute handling in both Arabic and English It offers options for non judicial or court-connected mediation Judges supervise the process to ensure fairness.


Officials aim to promote alternative dispute resolution and reduce court caseloads through this online mediation website. Registered mediators help facilitate the virtual settlement sessions.


The new digital system makes access to mediation services more convenient Users can start mediation from the Ministry of Justice website or app using digital IDs This should lead to more efficient and effective dispute handling.
